  • If a team has 7 or less players present they are allowed to HAVE enough subs until they reach a team of 9 players.
  • Each team is allowed to have 2 games during the regular season where they can have 1 sub that is not currently on any Team ROSTER. The team captain MUST notify the commissioner before the game for approval of the external sub.
  • 5 players from the team roster must be present for a playoff game.
  • If a team has only 5 players, they are allowed a MAXIMUM of 1 sub from another Gulab team ROSTER.
  • No external subs will be allowed during playoffs– subs can only be individuals from other Gulab Team rosters to maximize game play for league members.
  • If a team is unable to produce a full starting lineup with players from the team roster, subs from other teams can be used to proceed with the game
  • For every minute a team does not have 5 players from their own roster available at the game, their opponent will be granted 1 point per minute
  • Please note teams are allowed to have subs, but must start 5 players from the team roster if available
  • When players arrive after the game starts they must let the scores table know once they are ready to sub in

Example 1: if a team plays a full game of 40 mins without having 5 players from their roster, the opposing team will be given +40 points at the end, and this will be used in determining win/loss records and point differentials

Example 2: if a team starts their game with 4 players from their roster + 1 sub and their 5th teammate arrives 10 minutes into the game, the opposing team will have +10 points added to the scoreboard
